| Prayer Requests | At Pacific we have a team of volunteers and staff who are dedicated to prayer. If you have a need that requires prayer, please tell us about it and our team will pray for you. Your request can be anonymous, or you can let us know who you are so we can follow-up with you. The amount of information and detail you give is up to you and the blanks below are NOT REQUIRED; please indicate your need in the *Notes section at the bottom of this form. All requests are treated as confidential and your privacy will be respected. |
| Baptism Class | The first step in your exploration of Baptism is to attend a Baptism Class. This class explains what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ. If you desire to be baptized, or are simply interested in knowing more...this is designed for you! Tues Aug 10th; 7:30 pm. |
| Youth Plan to Protect Training | Geared directly for Youth (Ages 12-18) serving at PCC...this is a requirement for any person who is applying or engaged in being a Volunteer in any Ministry at Pacific. It gives you basic instruction for understanding the need for PTP, protection procedures and abuse prevention. Pacific has set a standard by which we can all be educated in how to protect our children, youth, vulnerable peoples as well as every one of our volunteers! |
| Hospitality Training | This is basic training for all volunteers in the Hospitality Ministry at Pacific. This includes ushers, greeters, food service, communion preparation, etc. This morning will train, equip and give a basis for you to continue to do well in your ministry of hospitality to Pacific! |
| Ministry Volunteer Training (PTP) | This is a requirement for any person who is applying or engaged in being a Volunteer in any Ministry at Pacific. | Room and Facilities Booking Request | This is a form to make a request to rent or book a room. |
| Promotion Request | This form helps you make a request to promote an event or utilize one means of advertising at Pacific. Fill out as much information as possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible. |
| Baptism Request | This form registers you for the Baptism class. Baptism is one of the events Jesus invites us to do when we make a decision to love God with everything we've got and to follow his ways with all our energy. |
| Child Dedication Request Form | This form helps you to make a request for your child's dedication during one of the Sunday Services. |
