Fall Registration August 29th & September 5th - Children & Youth
Pacific requires Medical Authorization & Consent forms (Registration) to be completed prior to the official start-up of the Ministry season. We have some options to make it a little easier on parents this year:
1) This year you can type the information on the form right on your computers; right here, right now. (Adobe Acrobat required) Forms must still be printed, signed and dropped off at church for legal purposes; but this should save you some time and aching hands! Download below.
2) If you completed a form for your child last year (2009/2010), we have a Authorization & Medical Consent CONFIRMATION form. This allows you to look-over last year's info and if absolutely nothing has changed, you will only have to read and sign a confirmation of information form!
ANY changes to last year's information must result in the completion of a new Authorization & Medical Consent form. This form will only be available on Sunday Aug 29th and Sept 5th in the front entrance. Volunteers will provide your child's form from last year in order to view and verify the information on those Sundays only.
3) We will once again take your child's photo for you on Sun Aug 29th and Sept 5th to help take some of the work off your shoulders!

Information on these forms is treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be kept in a secured area once collected.

Ministry Volunteer Training
Sat Sept 11; 9:30 - 11:00 am
This training is a requirement for any person who is applying or engaged as a volunteer in any Ministry at Pacific. It gives you basic instruction for understanding the need for protection through procedures, abuse prevention and safety & emergency training.
Pacific has set a standard by which we can all be educated in how to protect our children, youth, vulnerable peoples as well as every one of our volunteers!
Please Note: our trainers rely on RSVPs for this class. If there are no registrants, the class will be cancelled. Therefore, we ask that you please REGISTER HERE if you plan to attend.

Small Group Meetup
Let's face it; sometimes it is hard to to make connections. We have launched a social networking site dedicated to help people attending Pacific to make "face to face" connections.
