Plan to Protect Policy Manual
Creating and providing safe and secure environments for our young people to learn and play in is one of the most important objectives for any child and youth-oriented organization. This can only be achieved through careful planning and focus on training. The issue of abuse is not limited in its scope; it affects organizations regardless of size, function or geography. And regrettably, it is present in our churches.
Pacific is proud that this policy has been adopted in order to allow us to apply these clear policies & procedures that will help protect our children, youth, staff, volunteers and our church. Not only is it a legal requirement, but more importantly it is a spiritual and moral obligation. We are executing due diligence and are demonstrating that we want to reasonably do everything in our power to prevent abuse from occuring.
