Help Fund Team
Pacific Community Church seeks to be a source of support to those in need in our church body and the community outside the walls of the church. This handbook has been established to allow Pacific to bebetter equipped to evaluate each situation and need in order to determine the best help necessary. The Help Fund functions under the arm of the Missional Team of Pacific.
Who is eligible to receive Funds or assistance from the Help Fund? Any person(s) who shows reasonable short term or ongoing financial need due to, but not limited to, illness, accident or emergency. (Within PCC's ability to do so)

Hospitality
This handbook has been established to allow Pacific to be better equipped to be hospitable, welcoming and evaluate the needs of this ministry and its volunteers.

Membership
Interested in Membership at Pacific? Simple steps:
1) Email Taya Vantol here and let her know you're interested.
2) You'll be contacted by a Board of Elders member or a Pastor and they'll take you through the appropriate steps in this Handbook and go from there!
Missional Team
This is a team of Board approved PCC members who exhibit passion and capacity for the church's God-given task. The mandate is to promote and facilitate missional life, to promote and support our PCC and our Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA) cluster missionaries, to promote and support our local and international missionaries' ministries and to assess and facilitate the financial affairs of PCC's missional fund and budget.

Plan to Protect & Ministry Volunteering @ Pacific
All volunteers and staff at PCC are required to follow the guidelines and procedures as defined in the policy and procedures manual, ‘Plan to Protect', which the Board of Elders has reviewed and adopted as official policy. This is our plan to protect those most vulnerable in our church community, which includes children, youth and vulnerable adults.

Expense Reimbursement Policy
The Reimbursement Policy the policy by which Pacific staff and ministry leaders can be reimbursed for budgeted ministry expenses.

Rental Policy & Agreement
Pacific has a versitile facility for event use. You'll find in this Rental Policy here; our agreement as well as a pricing guide for use of the building.
