At the heart of our vision of the community garden is a passion for creation care. We want to embrace the land right here, in the humble corner of our parking lot, and nurture it and tend it to produce life. We are excited to have this as a space where people can learn to garden and can learn about the many varieties of fruits and vegetables we are able to grow. 

On Sunday April 24, we will be celebrating creation as part of Good Seed Sunday, a day of creation care started by A Rocha Canada.  Different elements of the service will point towards creation and stewardship. There will also be a treat after the service and seed-planting for the kids.
