We will be coming together once again here at PCC, in unity, with the Cloverdale Churches for our Good Friday service, to remember the passion of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to celebrate our redemption in His blood. Please join us on Good Friday, March 29th at 10am, as we pause together and consider His death on the cross.

Join us on March 31st for our Easter service!  We look forward to worshiping together as we celebrate the glorious truth that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is risen!  It is because of Jesus' death, resurrection, and ascension that we have hope in the present and in the future, so we encourage you all to join us as we reflect, worship, and praise our King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ, on this special Easter Sunday. 

Included in our celebration of Jesus' resurrection, we have the opportunity to witness the public declaration of faith through baptism. We believe that this is a symbolic act of God's grace in the lives of our candidates who are committed to living surrendered lives to Jesus, through the Spirit's empowering presence.

Join us on Sunday, April 14th at 2:00pm for our PCC Family Walk happening at Elgin Heritage Park. This is an all church - family oriented walk - where we will have the opportunity to experience LIFE TOGETHER  as we enjoy the great outdoors! 

We will explore Elgin Heritage Park which is located on the banks of the Nicomekl River. Trails wind through a marsh, forest and meadow; across boardwalks; along the river; and for anyone interested we can also tour the historic Stewart Farm. The trails at Elgin Heritage Park are primarily wide, gravel trails. Bring a snack and if time allows we can take in the river view from the farm property which has benches and picnic tables!

A dear member of our church family, Stacy Dryfhout, has been living with ALS and Frontal Temporal Dementia. On the morning of March 10th, Stacy passed away to be with our Lord, peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Please keep her family in your constant prayers as they process this profound loss. There will be a Celebration of Life Service held on April 3, 2024 at 7 pm at Peace Portal Alliance Church (15128 27B Avenue, Surrey).

30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World is a global prayer event during Ramadan. The 30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World booklet, can help you learn about Muslim people groups all over the world and helps guide prayers specific to their physical and spiritual needs. It's a beautiful way to love others, and pray for signs, wonders, and ultimately, salvation. Ramadan starts March 10th and goes until April 8th. 

There will be booklets available in the sanctuary. If all of the booklets are taken, there are PDFs available here, including one for kids, and a Spanish edition. 

Tim and Maria Staunton are planning to start a new growth group. The group will begin by meeting once per month on Saturday evenings. We are thinking this time for meetings may appeal to parents who have challenges participating in a growth group on weeknights, due to kids' activities or work responsibilities. We will start the group by meeting at the church. We will discuss sermon questions from the previous week's sermon, which the church provides.

On February 28th, Hannah and Isaac welcomed their first child, Peter Hezekiah Munnalall! 

To help them get through the steep learning curve of those first few precious months of excitement and exhaustion, we want to love and support them with food!
