Dear PCC Youth, Young Adults, and Families,

We are excited to share some wonderful news with you!

After a period of prayerful discernment and conversation, the Board of Elders has appointed Isobel Ralph as PCC’s NextGen Director for the coming month. Isobel formerly served as PCC's NextGen Intern this past summer. We are grateful for the heart, humility, and enthusiasm Isobel has shown throughout this process, and we are thrilled to welcome her into this role!

During this month, Isobel will help provide continuity, momentum, and stability for our youth and young adult ministries. This period will also give both Isobel and the Board space to continue discerning whether this role is a long-term fit for her and for PCC’s NextGen vision.

Isobel’s first official day will be September 16.

To help share this news with our youth and young adults directly, Isobel has recorded a short video greeting and announcement, which is included below. We hope it gives you a chance to hear her heart and excitement as she begins this new chapter.
