Join us for Christmas Hamper Week as we come together to bless families in need this holiday season! We'll be gathering at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds to help sort, organize, and pack donations that will go out to households across our community through Storehouse.

This is a great way to give back this Christmas and to serve with friends, family, or your Growth Group while spreading joy in a hands-on, meaningful way.

What to expect:

• Sorting and organizing food and gift donations
• Packing Christmas hampers for local families
• Working alongside others with a heart to give back
• A fun, purposeful atmosphere filled with community and Christmas spirit

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing and shoes
• A joyful, willing heart to serve!

This Christmas, we have an incredible opportunity to share the love of Jesus in a tangible way! In partnership with Storehouse, we will help provide Christmas hampers and free toys for children to families in our community, creating an opportunity to offer practical support, encouragement, and hope.

We're looking for volunteers to help make Christmas Hamper Day a warm, welcoming, and meaningful experience for every family. While we especially encourage volunteers to consider serving as hosts, there are several other ways to get involved!

Volunteer Opportunities

• Hosts: Walk alongside families throughout their hamper experience, answer questions, offer encouragement, and offer to pray with them when appropriate. Training will be provided, and no extensive experience is necessary. This is a wonderful opportunity to help families feel seen, valued, and cared for. 80-100 volunteers needed.
• Parking: Welcome families as they arrive and help direct traffic and parking. 10 volunteers needed.
• Line Management: Help keep lineups organized and ensure families are in the correct time slot. 6 volunteers needed.
• Check-In: Welcome families and confirm their registration details. 12 volunteers needed.
• Security: Help maintain a safe environment and ensure guests and volunteers are directed to the appropriate areas. 6 volunteers needed.

We especially need volunteers willing to serve as family hosts, but every role makes a difference! Whether you're comfortable walking alongside families, helping behind the scenes, or keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to have you on the team.
