WELCOME, ZIPPORAH

WELCOME, ZIPPORAH

Here at Pacific, we value Life Together, Spiritual Formation, Embodying the Gospel and Transformative Justice.  Out of these values, PCC's leadership is excited to announce that we've made the decision to hire Zipporah Hantke in a part time position as she works with CCK and PCC to see our values lived out in the lives of our CCK clients.

Welcome to the Team, Zipporah!

FAMILY DAY WALK

FAMILY DAY WALK

We are going on a walk in the great outdoors!  Join us on Sunday, February 20 at 2 PM as we head to Houstan Look Out Trail to enjoy the fresh outdoors and enjoy a time of fellowship together!  Our Newcomers Family will be joining us - so if you have a young family, we hope you can come and get to know Benjamin, Kiyana and Nila (2 years old).

Meet at Houstan Look Out Trail at 2 PM and let's spend some time walking and talking!

CNOY - WALK & SUPPORT CCK

CNOY - WALK & SUPPORT CCK

Join us on Saturday February 26 for the biggest fundraiser of the year! CNOY 2022!!

Come to the church between 1-4 PM on Saturday, February 26 and sign in (if you have already registered).

Or, fully register onsite the day of!

If you donate or have donated $150 or more to CNOY, you can pick up your "FREE" toque and walk in style!

If you've never done this before - we hope you will try it out this year!  It's FUN!  We'd be happy to help you through the process of signing up - fundraising - getting others to join your team!  Call us and we will help you:  778-617-3000

We now have FIFTY teams walking in support of CCK!  That is amazing!!
And, to date we have raised $88,300

Together we CAN make a difference!

Check out the link below - look for a familiar name (recognize any team captains?) and either sign up to walk with your favourite team or donate to support the team!

SPIRITUAL GROWTH IN A SECULAR SOCIETY

SPIRITUAL GROWTH IN A SECULAR SOCIETY

Starting this Sunday we will be diving into a new sermon series that is based off of our second value at PCC, Spiritual Formation. We will be spending a number of weeks in the OT book of Daniel to see how the people of God engaged in Spiritual Formation while they were exiles in the foreign land of Babylon. Through this deep look into scripture, we will be asking the big question, how can the church engage in Spiritual Formation within a secular society? I believe this series will help us press in on the Lord for his guidance in how we can be a Faithful Presence in such a time as this.
