Due to the new province-wide restrictions from Dr. Bonnie Henry, our BC. Health Minister, we have had to make immediate changes regarding our gatherings at the church.  Our district has taken these new regulations and has outlined how CMA churches can proceed during this new lockdown.

We will not be allowed to gather in person in groups of any size at this time but we will continue to meet online as a church. This postponement includes our Sundays Live, Growth Groups, Youth and Young adults, and meetings at the church. Although we are disappointed that we will be unable to gather in person, our staff is ready to continue ministries of PCC online and we are excited about our plans for this.

The Board of Elders would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting at 7pm on Tuesday, November 24th.  This will be an online event, by registration only, providing a great opportunity for you to participate in our church life from your home.

For the past several months, we have been offering an online after service prayer time via zoom and we have valued this time that we could be together with those who joined us after the service.

CCK's Christmas Hamper Program is well under way!  This year will likely be the biggest year yet!  Due to Covid, we have seen a huge increase in the needs of our community!  So we have been preparing for this for several months now! 

We are collecting food and toys over the next few weeks - we have set up collection boxes at Pacific and at various locations throughout our community. 

Can you help out?  Bring your donations during our regular office hours (Monday to Thursday, 9-4).  We are also accepting donations online DONATE TO CHRISTMAS HAMPERS VIA PUSHPAY (choose Christmas Hampers, using the drop down menu).

Here at Pacific we are committed to providing avenues for every person in our church to connect with others.

One of the primary ways that we aim to provide means for connection to occur organically is through Growth Groups, which are small groups that help us grow in Christ and in community with each other.

Our Growth Groups will have Christmas, Spring and Summer breaks and to ensure that all people at PCC have the tremendous opportunity to connect with each other, we need both group leaders and hosts.

...for His Words and Promises to pray and speak life over people.  
...for Joe and Alison who have been an integral part of our small group this past year. They head back to their home country this coming week. 
While goodbyes are never easy, we send them out in Light and Love and bless them in Jesus' name! 
...for giving our teammate Anne good news regarding her health this week! We have been praying that she would be able to return from Toronto before Christmas and it looks as though she will be back with us in about 2 weeks!  We continue to pray for her as she prepares to return and says goodbye to family. 

We are asking the Lord...

...for people to grow in deeper surrender to Jesus and to be open to be filled with the Holy Spirit this weekend in Alpha Weekend Online. For The presence of the Holy Spirit to be evident even and especially through zoom. For discernment for our small group leaders as they pray with and for people.  For spiritual protection for them in the days following the weekend that they would be strengthen and desire more.  
...for our team's overall health and well-being. So many have been pouring out over these last months and are tired. We claim the promise of Hope. His Hope is an anchor for our souls.  
...to help us to align with His heart for Mexico and beyond in this discernment season we are in with our leaders and teammates.  May He bring unity and may our hearts be fully surrendered to hear and respond to what He shows us.

We are so thankful for you and thankful you pray!
