Every family longs for a home that feels safe, connected, and sustainable through life's challenges. In this Parenting Workshop, we'll explore practical tools and biblical principles to strengthen your home. Using the Stoplight Approach framework, you'll discover how God designed us to work together as a family to manage stress, build connection, and grow in resilience.

Presented by: Crystal Henderson

Crystal is a Kids’ Life Coach, Family Pastor, and mom of two little girls.  She is passionate about partnering with parents to create spaces for children (ages 0-16) to feel supported, understood and cared for amidst life challenges and everyday stressors such as a breakdown/ change in the family unit, school relationships, managing/ regulating emotions, confidence, grief and loss, change & transitions to name a few! She believes in unlocking a child’s potential by connecting with their heart, first and foremost. Over the years Crystal has received educator certification through flourishing coaching, "Kids have stress too" certification by the Psychology foundation of Canada, Stoplight Approach facilitator certification along with 3 years of child development/ children at risk post secondary studies at Vanguard college.
