What are Growth Groups?

Growth Groups are small gatherings where people meet during the week to build meaningful relationships, study the Bible, discuss the sermon, pray for one another, and grow in their faith together. Life is better when it’s lived in community, and Growth Groups are where our church family connects beyond Sunday.

Why Join a Growth Group?

  • Grow spiritually through Scripture and discussion

  • Build real friendships and supportive community

  • Pray and care for one another through life’s ups and downs

  • Live out your faith together, not just on Sundays

What to Expect

Growth Groups meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly in homes, at the church, or online. They are offered seasonally from September to June. We welcome new participants throughout the year. Each group focuses on:

  • Discussion questions
  • Group Prayer
  • Authentic Relationships

  • Hospitable Environment

FAQs

Do I need to be a member of the church to join a Growth Group?
No, you don’t need to be a member to join a Growth Group. Groups are open to anyone who wants to build relationships and grow in their faith. Whether you're new to our church or have been attending for years, you’re welcome to join a group.

Do any groups offer childcare?
Some Growth Groups do offer childcare, while others are more family-style where kids are welcome to be present. Be sure to check the group details when browsing groups to see what childcare options are available.

Can I visit a group before committing?
Yes! We encourage you to visit a group to see if it’s a good fit for you. Each group has its own dynamic, so trying one out is a great way to get a feel for the community before deciding to continue.

What if I’ve never studied the Bible before?
That’s completely okay. Growth Groups are a great place to begin exploring the Bible, no matter your experience. You don’t need to have any prior knowledge—just come with an open heart and willingness to learn. Our groups are welcoming, conversational, and designed to help everyone grow together as we read and discuss Scripture.
