Mardi Dolfo-Smith is the Senior Associate Pastor at Coquitlam Alliance Church, a graduate from Regent College, and she has served in pastoral ministry for 26 years. A trained mediator, she has a heart for mentoring couples toward healthy, life-giving communication grounded in biblical wisdom, offering guidance through pre-marital counselling and seasons of marital conflict. Committed to spiritual and personal growth, she encourages relationships shaped by grace, understanding, and love. She has been happily married to Toni for 35 years, and together they have four adult children.
Neil Truong is a seasoned leader with 21 years of experience in pastoral leadership and ministry, where he passionately guided individuals in their spiritual journeys. With a passion to see others live well in Christ, Neil has honed his skills as a communicator, inspiring others to walk closer with the King. In the recent 3 years, Neil has stepped out of pastoral ministry into the marketplace, bringing his leadership expertise to the business entrepreneurial world. This change led him to relocate from Edmonton, Alberta, to Vancouver, BC, with his wonderful wife Amanda of 22 years and his 12 year old son Zachary. When he's not navigating the business landscape, Neil enjoys traveling, golfing, creating art work, and cherishes time with his loved ones.
Chuck MacKnee has taught psychology courses in California (1984-1989) and at Trinity Western University since 1989. With a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from UCB he also has practiced professional counselling for over 40 years. He has published articles on sexuality and spirituality, sexual self-esteem, relational intimacy, as well as presented papers on topics such as spirituality and counselling, facing death, and meaning making at various academic conferences. Chuck values connecting with students on retreat and travel study courses and helping people realize their worth and God-given purpose. He and his wife Patty have been married for 50 years this June and have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. He enjoys woodworking, canoeing and hiking, and playing sports with his family.
Jonathan Legassie is a Certified Financial Planner, with 14 years of experience helping families bring peace and clarity to their money conversations. He also holds an MDiv from Trinity Western University, giving him a unique blend of practical expertise and pastoral insight. Jonathan and his wife live in Langley with their two energetic kids, who help keep life unpredictable.
John has been married to his wife, Tiffany, for 14 years. Together they have four children: Eleanor (9), Charlie-Jayne (7), Jubilee (3), and Asaph (1 month). John serves as the Lead Pastor of North Shore Alliance Church in North Vancouver. His work centres on building healthy discipleship cultures and supporting teams who serve kids, youth, and families. He is currently completing graduate studies at Regent College.
Andy Notice comes to us with over 20 years of ministry experience, spending 15 years as a Youth Pastor and six as a Family Pastor. He has had the joy of leading youth ministries across Canada, mainly in his hometown of Toronto and the Lower Mainland. His breadth of experience has allowed him to work with youth and families from various denominations, including the Alliance, just before he left Ontario. Andy is Married to his wonderful wife Christine, a father of 3 kids, and an avid Raptors fan, which we're sure will be a great conversation starter. His passion is nurturing discipleship, inspiring faith, restoring the broken, enjoying life, and revealing Jesus, a passion he has lived in and outside the church.
