PACIFIC'S AGM

The Board of Elders would like to invite you to our Annual General Meeting at 7pm on Tuesday, November 24th.  This will be an online event, by registration only, providing a great opportunity for you to participate in our church life from your home.  

Besides the important business we will attend to, such as passing the budget, this is a great opportunity to hear reports from our pastoral staff on how God has been active in and through our church this past year.  This will also be our first AGM with Pastor Jon ImBeau and he will be sharing a bit about his first months with us as well as some of his excitement around what is ahead for PCC. 

We will also have the opportunity to renew the terms of two board members, Calum Scott and Dave Stinchcombe.  Both have played key roles and have provided great wisdom at our elder’s meetings.  We hope we can count on you to approve their return to the team.  We have no new nominations for the board this year.

Upon registration, an online meeting link will be sent to you to register with Zoom.  Church members are allowed to vote on church business but the invitation to attend, to ask questions and to hear from our staff and board is open to anyone who feels they belong to our church family. 

A detailed agenda and written reports as well as the proposed PCC and CCK budget have been posted for all to review.
