New NextGen Pastor

We are excited to share that Andy Notice has accepted the call to serve as our new part-time NextGen Pastor (Youth & Young Adults) at Pacific Community Church, starting September 12.

Earlier this year, Andy faithfully served as our youth coordinator, building strong relationships with students, parents, and leaders. His time as youth coordinator revealed his passion for discipling the next generation and his gift for creating meaningful connections that help young people grow in their faith.

Additionally, during the candidating process, Andy left a positive impression through his presentations and conversations. The professionalism and energy of those interactions confirmed God’s guidance and our excitement about this next step.

Andy also brings many years of ministry experience, along with ongoing studies in counseling. This training will be a valuable resource for supporting young people during one of the most important and formative phases of their lives.

We believe God has uniquely prepared and equipped Andy for this role, and we are excited about the future of our Youth and Young Adults Ministry under his leadership.

By starting today, Andy will have the opportunity to attend the youth retreat at Camp Kawkawa with Pastor Diane, continuing his efforts to strengthen his connection with our young people.
