Hi Pacific 55+ Group Members!

It was awesome having the chance to gather as a group approximately a month ago, and we are looking forward to gathering again for a 55+ group Christmas event!

So here's the plan for our Christmas gathering:

  • Date: Thursday, Dec 16th, 2021
  • Loc’n: Room 100 @ PCC.
  • Time: 10:30am–12:30pm
  • Program: Focused on celebrating the Christmas season together!

In order to be as “Covid safe” as possible for this meeting, instead of a prepared lunch like we have always done in the past, we are going to ask you to “brown-bag” it and bring your own lunch. (Also, don’t forget to bring along any eating utensils or dishes that are required for whatever food you choose for yourself). We will have a coffee, tea & water station available.

Please do take the time to RSVP your intentions as soon as possible.….this small courtesy helps the set-up crew in several ways:

  1. For calculating how many tables we need to set-up.
  2. How many table-centerpieces need to be created(?)
  3. In determining appropriate social distancing regarding chair positions
  4. Where best to position the coffee/tea/water station and how much to make, etc., etc.

We want to do everything within our power to ensure that this is a safe and enjoyable event/environment for all who do choose to attend. Let’s meet for fellowship...while maintaining a posture of caution.
