Meet Andy Notice - Candidate for Pacific Youth Pastor
Andy Notice comes to us with over 20 years of ministry experience, having spent 15 years as a Youth Pastor and six years as a Family Pastor. He has had the joy of leading youth ministries across Canada, but mainly in his hometown of Toronto and the Lower Mainland. His breadth of experience has enabled him to work with youth and families from various denominations, including the Alliance, before his departure from Ontario.
Andy has a Master’s in Theological Studies and is currently in the final stages of completing a Master's in Clinical Counselling to become a Registered Clinical Counsellor. He has experience working with and running ministries serving kids, middle school, high school, parents, married couples, young adults, Small Groups, Worship, and Senior Ministry, to name a few. He was once voted “Most likely to do my job” at his previous church, which demonstrates his passion for all facets of the local church.
Andy is married to his wonderful wife, Christine, who is an elementary school teacher at Langley Christian School. Christine is passionate about evangelism, the ocean and a good documentary. As a couple, they have always done ministry together, using their marriage as a catalyst for serving others while finding ways to include the whole family. Together they have three kids, Ayden, 21, Mykah, 17, and Coco, 7. The Noti (the plural of Notice) love being active, playing all sorts of sports, and cheering on the Raptors.
Andy’s personal passion is to nurture discipleship, inspire faith, restore the broken, enjoy life, and reveal Jesus —a passion he has lived out both within and outside the church. He enjoys a variety of activities, sports and hobbies and is up for anything as long as it includes a good coffee, real conversations and lots of laughs.
Andy and his family have been part of the PCC community for over a year, and most of you will recognize Andy as a regular worship leader or from his time leading PCC Youth during Pastor Diane’s absence.
