Meet Cayley Wilson – Candidate for Family Ministries Pastor
Cayley Wilson has spent her life passionately serving Jesus and helping people of all ages grow in their faith. For the past several years, she has served as a Children & Family Minister, leading vibrant kids, youth leadership, and family ministries, and investing in the next generation both inside and outside the church. Her ministry experience also includes speaking at camps, discipling young people, and leading international missions trips, equipping teams to share God’s love across cultures.

Cayley is an active community volunteer, bringing the hope of Christ into everyday life. She and her husband, Brandon—a skilled carpenter who also went to school to be a youth pastor—have been married for 15 years. Brandon enjoys mentoring young people, and sharing his faith with the next generation. Together, they are the parents of two boys, Sawyer(11) and Cooper(9), along with their adorable little dog, Mikey. As a family, they love going on wilderness adventures, camping, swimming, surfing, traveling to new places, and spending time with family and friends.

Those who know Cayley describe her as someone full of joy—always ready to laugh, be playful, and brighten others’ days, while also valuing heartfelt conversations about faith and life. She’s an animal lover who embraces fun in all forms—and if it’s pink, she’s even more delighted!

More than anything, Cayley and her family love Jesus—He is their greatest passion and joy. Cayley’s heart is to see families rooted in faith, walking closely with God, and living out His mission together. Cayley and the Wilsons are excited to meet the PCC family!
